Good afternoon to all.

I wanted to introduce myself, I am just another SOG employee. Hopefully one that can answer any information that you may have, or if not find the answers . I am a rookie in such forums so please go easy on me. I believe that you'll see that I am a quick learner. (Another Ron hire!!) Hi Ron, how are you and your family doing, anyway? Hopefully, he and Robbie will vouch for me until I earn my keep! Hi Robbie, hope all is well for you...can you believe the Hunter???

Anyway, nice to meet you all, and I hope to speak to you all soon!

Beth :)

Hi Beth and welcome to the SOG forum! It's nice to have another one of the great people from SOG here. So, you are one of Ron's girls. lol ;) Very cool!

Edited to add: Don't forget about the other SOG forum.;)

Beth, So glad to hear from you, we will take it easy on you, we need some new input, and anything you can add will be nice. We try hard to keep the fire burning here on SOG forums, but sometimes, I am sure us guys get kind of boring, to each other.
We appeciate your company, and hope you will join us when you can. I think the Hunter turned out incredible, and could not ever have thought it would be so perfect. I just spoke to Spencer, and he thinks it is the ultimate outdoor knife as I do.
Bobby B. (Rob) and Wildmanh (Heber) have been so kind and helpful on these forums. They sure know a lot about SOG knives, and are more than happy to share their knowledge with all of us that are still learning. Ron is a walking encyclopedia it seems to me, and is always ready to help us with SOG knowledge.
Chris at SOG has been very helpful to us on giving us updates and keeping us posted on product changes or additions, he is one of the good guys. :D Thank you so much for joining us. :D
Robbie Roberson ;)

Hey Beth,

Oh...It's so good to see you here! Hope all is going well for you. I miss all you guys a lot. I don't know if you heard...I visited very briefly last Thursday. I was hoping to see more of you guys, but only saw Vinny, Mark (little Mark), Sam...and got to meet Steve.

Michelle and the boys are doing well. Thanks for asking. My new job is going well, too. Lots of responsibility...lots of work...lot of long hours.

Email me sometime or give me a call. I'd love to say "Hi."

To everyone else: Will I "vouch" for Beth? Your dang right, I will. If I could count on one hand the best hires I ever made...Beth would make that list. She's as good as they come!

Take care, Beth! :)

Good morning to you all.

I just dropped in to say a quick hello. Things are picking up again...they keep promising me this slow time, but I won't hold my breath on that one!

RON I thank you for all of your kind words...but darn it when you are here next you better let me know! I am glad to hear that you and your family are doing well. Don't kill yourself at work...tell yourself the same thing that I do...It's just a job...It's just a job. And take care of yourself! I'll talk to you soon.

Robbie I also thank you for your kind words. Mr. Chris is on a short vacation and will return sometime near the beginning of next week...lucky duck. Though, like the rest of us, he has been incredibly busy.

I look forward to talking to all of you again soon.

Have a great day! :)
Beth

Beth,
Good to meet you here; we've spoken once before on the phone some time ago.
Enjoy, we're a good bunch; with only a few bad apples... but I won't single out Heber, carl and Robbie... ;) :D

"bad apple" ??
that's the nicest thing someone has said about me in a long time.... it's obvious someone has never met me....

now if Beth wants to meet the real-deal "apple" kinda guy, a guy known for his core values, I'll send my pal Tim over to the SOG doorstep. Now there's the guy who puts the chowder in the word chowderhead. The guy who took a SOG X-42 Recondo and transmogrified it into something "interesting."

Cheers,

Carl

Rob, I represent that comment ! , I have been called many things, Butt-head (by my wife) :p , Wally waffle head, (by my buddies) , but never a bad apple !
I would consider myself more of an aged grape, :grumpy: , or in other words, a raisin, and they say raisins are good for you :D .

Robbie Roberson ;)

SOG got any job listings for professional/technical writers, with graphix & layout talent?

Looking to break into another field for writing...

Keith

I've noticed this also, employees in the knife buisness going into forums. Unusual, but very welcome, I think it's a great idea, probally helps out the work load for the people in customer care, though I suppose you have to be carefull incase people are just 'pretending' (I know that sounds stupied, but this is the internet)

Anyway, hi Beth hopefully we can hurl all our questions and abuse at you :)
