Thats what I was thinking, I would pay extra for a SAK to sit down and build it like I want. But in allot of ways they have so many options anyways. My biggest mod would be a huntsman with a Phillips screwdriver and the out the end awl instead of scissors.

I agree, that would be a good variation, David. I use the end out awl/punch a fair bit on the 93mm Alox models, but don’t have much use for the back tool punch (as on the Soldier) either.

I’d kinda like a 93mm alox combining the sheepsfoot blade from the Electrician, the Pioneer X scissors, and the Farmer’s saw.

It’d be fun to personalise the tools on a 58mm Alox Minichamp type setup as well.

One with a bunch of useful tools but no blade, for plane travel would be good. You could pair it up with a single blade slipjoint, which would go in your stowed luggage and be a legal pairing nearly anywhere.

Im afraid to say it but thats a fake video...Shes Swiss alright..but old mate can not possibly be a Aussie...and Ill tell you why..He gave himself away by not making an 18 blader with 18 caplifters...maybe a 19 blader with 1 corkscrew in case the mrs needs her wine opened...
Next he denigrates Australian technology and engineering...sacrilege! WE invented the wine cask / goon bag....which doubles as a pillow when youve finished the booze....you can use the inflated cask as a beachball..AND...start a fire with the cardboard box....thats sustainability downunda style..pure brilliance.
He fails to mention Cuckoo clocks, Chocolate or Cheese at any point although his mate the cameraman does get points for obviously filming Helga.
