I ordered my first Swamp Rat the other day, a Rodent Solution, to become my new edc.
This morning as soon as I arrive to work, I get a call. Looking down at my phone, I don't recognize the 502 number on my caller id. I answer the phone, and it is none other than Eric Isaacson, calling to inform me they don't have the color combination I ordered. We have a nice chat and I ask him for a recommendation on which colors I should go with. After some careful consideration, me going "ahh umm, what about...." and he being very courteous as I slowly make a decision; I decide to go with black paper micarta and a black blade.
He tells me that if I don't like the color I can send it back and exchange it. I told him, I will like the color and I'll probably order another anyway.
What amazing customer service! And a super friendly guy to talk to.

However, after a couple of e-mails with him I instead ended up with a Moss Green and black paper one which I think I will like even better! It will be my first Moss Green blade! 
Looking at some member pictures of that combo on some other blades since then, I think I am going to really like it!
