nicholson platers special file?

anyone ever seen a nicholson file that says on the tang platers special? wondering as to what type of steel they are made of?

I believe the plater's special is a farrier's rasp, made with a finer tooth than the standard to deal with the thin, too often shod feet of racing horses. they are made from the same steel as a regular nicholson file (prob 1095).
