NICK Delivery

I was wanting to know if I am the only person who has not yet received their NICK.

My credit card was charged over two months ago and I can't seem to get an answer from Busse as to if the knife has been sent or not.

I know some members here have received them, but how about the rest of you?

I can't understand why our credit cards were charged so long ago and no knives sent. Maybe they are coming to us by boat.

I'm not too worried either. I've been lurking around here long enough to know that Busse will eventually get the knife to me. Having said that I have to ask why charge the credit card if they're not sending out the knife? Also, like Ian said a simple explanation for the delay would be appreciated.
 
No NICKS here, my card was charged in Feburary. I heard they were having production problems with them.
 
Nothing here yet either. Think the CC on file with the shop isn't even valid anymore. :(
 
Nothing here yet either fellas. A simple posted update would be nice though.....

My card hasn't even been charged yet, so I have NO idea when mine are going to arrive.

I wonder if I got bumped to the bottom of the list for posting the first "what's up with the NICKS?" thread. I'm just about ready to cancel. In the past four months I've thought of plenty of uses for $500.

And yet with all of my questions and postings, I've never received a response, either public or private. Nothing.:rolleyes:

I’m not feeling bad because I haven’t received them yet, just a little ticked off with the lack of communication. I have sent an email requesting a rough time of arrival but had no reply.

I too have a business and use credit card facility, I also have problems with delivery due to inclement weather conditions, so I understand problems can arise. But I always keep the customer informed of the problems. I also do not charge a CC prior until guaranteed delivery is assured.

Please don’t take this as offensive. :D:D

a call to the shop would probably be best for getting a reply from busse combat

I won't patronize you by posting an extremely sarcastic post. I will simply state that I have contacted Busse Combat.
 
I am one of the lucky ones, although I do not know how I got serial #14 when it does not appear that 13 others have been released! I know little about knife making, but looking at these knives I expect that they are a real bear to make, especially the thin one. I am pretty impatient myself when it comes to waiting for a knife that I have paid for, but the NICK will be well worth the wait.
 
I'm with ya, paid for the fatty a while back, haven't heard anything and no knife. Haven't paid for the regular one yet though...
 
I haven't gotten mine, either..., and, as usual, my money is gone months back.

I thought that, since summer, things were supposed to change so that the money and knives were supposed to swap at the same time.
