Yes, another fine bowie from that young whippersnapper Wheeler!

Blade is 10" of forged 1084 with visible temper line(although not in this crappy picture), stainless fittings, and zircote handle. Folks, this is one of the cleanest, nicest bowies around! And, it's ground thinner than a lot of knives you see. Doesnt weigh much either.

Aaahh... that hit the spot. Nice and clean, beautiful flowing lines and BIG! Excellent job Nick! And congrats, Danbo.

Cheers,

Roger

Thanks for the nice words folks, I TRULY appreciate them :)

This is the biggest bowie I've finished out. I've made several test and cutting knives this size...but a finished one like this was a first for me.

I had Point7 take a photo of this one and Wulf's together...maybe Dan or Derrick can scan it and put it up...I haven't had any luck in getting it scanned.

Thanks! :D

Man, CLEAN, WITH A CAPITAL C. Whoops caplocked everything...
Just like a stretched-limo version of one of Nick's "short-forged tacticals." That ziricote handle looks so blackwood like too. Nick's always got the goods for my "early morning inspiration" session. :) Jason.

I very rarely pitch in on a subject pretaining to an indivdual on the forums. This time I will make an exception. My opinion is Nick is a good buy. Nick continues to learn, both with his craftsmanship and his business knowledge. He is getting more and more involved in the ABS to make a difference. He has a good attitude and treats his clients with respect and gives more than the money requires. This makes him a good buy for a using knife and a good buy for investment purposes. He continues to ask makers and dealers questions, not to be told what to do out of lack of confidence but to learn how to expand his knowledge of what and where he wants to take his knives. He along with Jason Knight are two youngsters in this country that will grow to do well.

Thanks again everyone :)

Jerry, all I can say, is WOW. I am deeply honored and touched by such kind words. I hope it goes without saying, but I very strongly respect and admire you and all you've done...so this means the world to me. THANK YOU Jerry!!!

:D Nick :D

Dan, we seem to have lost the pictures in the crash. Any chance you can repost them? Thanks.
