It has been my pleasure to have worked for many fine knifemakers over the years fashioning leather knife sheaths. The friends I have made are legion and will forever remain a cherished segment of my life. One of these friends, Nick Wheeler, whom I have never met, has gained my utmost admiration for his prodigious skills as a bladesmith in a very short period of time. He is a young man to have reached such a plateau of skill. The vast disparity in our ages does not hinder the friendship that has developed. I have been informed that he is going to attend the Blade show in Atlanta. I look forward to our meeting and the chance to shake his hand and give him a well deserved Pat On The Back! ----Sandy
 
Sandy pretty much summed it up. Nick is a heck of a guy. Keep your eye on this young man, he is going to make a big impact on knifemaking.

I am very excited to get to meet Sandy face to face, and so many other of you fine folks as well.

The show is soooo close, and I'm more excited than I can convey.
