Nickel Silver 186 Custom suggestions please

Hi guys, I'm working on a 186 style solid 3/16 NS Custom right now. I plan on polishing the blade. My question is how should I assemble it? With bolts, with headed NS rivets or with flushed pins?
I doubt it will be a user so I'm leaning away from the stainless bolts...
