Talk about a pain in the a**. I put a nickel/siver guard on a blade, then a piece of axis deerhorn. I had a nickel/silver pommel that was bought from TKS and decided to cut it in half and use the larger side for a cap since the piece of horn was on the small side. When I started to grind it to size I discovered it has a small void or air pocket in it. It has two small holes on the side, next to each other. I tried taking some of the filings and mixing it to a paste consistency with the Devcon Epoxy, but I don't think that is going to hide it. Don't know what I will do with it now. What a pain
