Some shots from a recent night outing, these were taken around 11:30 and are all 15 second exposures. If you look close you'll notice a couple of ESEE products :)

Thanks guys, I've been shooting a Canon, this is my first Nikon. I'm ready to go try it out now :D

By the way, there is an Izula in one of the pics.

Hey Mist. How do you pack your cameras when not in use and so they dont get damaged in your bag?

pic # 2 izzy laying down & #3 HEST hiding in shadows

Yep, you couldn't see either with the naked eye.

Nice pics, good thing the hest didnt tumble down :)

Thanks. Yeah, I stood beside it a minute just checking first. Actually that wasn't a long exposure...that one was a quick flash and back in the sheath. There were a few just like it that were long exposures but then it really was hidden in shadows :)

I have a pelican case for the canon. Now I have to go about getting the right case(s) for this one. The Canon A590IS is a point and shoot with some nice adjustments. This one is a bit different. Lol, good thing it came with 36 hours of classes

Thanks. I think I need to get a bigger pack if I'm gonna use a Pelican for my Canon DSLR with extra lens. Are you still using the Sitka?

Yep, so far anyway. I'm wanting to get a monsoon for in town though.

The first pic of the bridge looks really awesome. I think I am going to use that as a computer desktop if you don't mind :)

Thanks man, glad you liked them. No problem bro, I can email you the full sized file if you like. It would be better as a desk top.

sweet pics, man! last time i took night shots was at my university where a security guard promptly questioned me and said "you can't be doing that, man. not after 9/11 and all" :o

and on another time, i accidentally bumped into this dance/art lessons building in the middle of newark. that 15 second exposure felt like hours! i parked my car, setup the camera, took a few shots, and sped away in under a minute. haha. it's getting better and better nowadays though thanks to the universities in the area.

...and oh, that's a sweet camera!

Thanks Bro.

You may have noticed that I have NEVER posted any pictures of governemnt buildings. Lol, I'm a nut and all but even I don't have the balls to do night shots of the local Federal Building, I don't even point my camera in that direction :D

Thanks! Yeah...now I only have to learn how to use it :o

One thing I've noticed from all your urban pictures, is that everything always looks very clean and well kept. Is that generally the case?
