Night Vision TiNi

Hi,

I've been lurking on these forums for a while now, and have finally found a reason to come out of the shadows and post. I have recently located a dealer that still has the discontinued SOG Night Visions reamining in stock. I am wondering, if I aquire one of these, is it possible to send it to SOG and have a black TiNi coating applied? If so, what kind of pricetag would accompany this process? Thanks,

Stu, why in the world would you want one of those ole night visions ? ;) I have carried one for about 2 years and love it, they are getting scarce. I found one this past weekend at SMKW in the showroom, all by itself, the last one they had. I started to get it for a back up, but it was priced at $110 I think.
I am not sure about the tini blade, we will have to wait and see what SOG responds with on this. It sure would be a beauty if the blade were black. Hope it works out for you and welcome to BladeForums. :) .
Keep us posted on what you hear or find out on the NV.

Unfortunately SOG can not TiNi the Night Vision for you. We actually do not do the coating in house, like most companies, we ship the parts to an outside company for all of our TiNi coatings. There are places you could get it done but I do not specifically know who. I am sure someone on the forums could help you out with this.
