This 650 came with a 1" 3/8 serrated edge when new on the blade is engraved in gold 708 of 750 . It is not the shorter 655. I will post a pic when poss. The 650 has no serrations. Only the 653 and 655 has. The 1 of 750 belongs to the first production run. I don't know how much 650 Buck ever made. So I can't say if yours is a rare one. At least you have to cecide by yourself. These knives come up in the big beach from time to time.
Yes the 650 I have came with serrations . It is not the 655 . I will post a pic when I can .

On the blade is BUCK 650 after the 650 is a backwards C . USA , pat pend .Sorry! Read first, then think, an write at least ... I read "with out" serrations and not "with about" my foult. The 650 is a knife of my interest. I never saw one with serratinons. Would you tell me the date code please?

I have not seen any other than mine also .I have not seen a 650 with serrations. DM
Perhaps a special run. Is the blade coated? Your's is a 1996 mfg.. DM
That must be it . I bought it from Tri City Sporting . They are long gone . When I got home and saw the blade was #erd I never used it . But I did wipe it with wd40 and saw it dissolved the coating a little . Did not take it all off but wondered if I should ? Any thoughts on the coating ?
