That's definitely a fair price, at least. Wal Mart used to sell the Nighthawk for $40 - $45. I have two and paid $40 - $45 for each one.

Of course shop around if you're trying to save every possible penny. KnifeOutlet and Smoky Mountain Knife Works probably carry the Nighthawk. I suspect all of these dealers are going to have very similar prices.

thanks for the help.
right now walmart is selling the 655s for $40, but I prefer the longer blade of the 650.
 
I bought the 655 and it s a great knife for the size. Its in my Ranger now.
