At 15.5dps average with no micro bevel. I didn't have time to go all the way to 1000 chops but to be honest 500 chops did absolutely nothing. As you can see this knife is a razor blade.

held up great, but not much of a wood processor.........

I used black wattle and sekelbos.

Sekelbos is a african hard wood. A very dense hard wood.

At this edge angle the 420hc outperformed all of my tests done so far including.

1095 (2 × esee)
1095cv ( 2 x becker)
5160 ( Himalayan imports x 2)
3v (ZT0100)
3v (fehrman 2 x test blades)
SR-101 ( 1111, 911, regulator)
S30v (zt301)
