Spyderco Nightstick with serial #

I just recived a Spyderco Nightstick from a freind. It has a serial number that matches an HT# on the box. It is serial number 099. Just wondering if this is a first run model? I have not seen one with a serial # before. Thanks

I think it has to do with their collector's club. I believe you have access to every knife they produce but you have to purchase every one.

This is correct. I think there are 200 Spyderco Collector Club members. Every once in a while you’ll buy a Spyderco on the secondary market that has a Collector Club number on it.
