Hi all,

I created these little models recently with EDC in mind. I plan them to be nice afordable little toys. Steel is N690 stainless. As you can see i cut quite a lot of them, which could be a mistake? What do you think?

I like them all! Interested in seeing them all handled, and some dimensions. I greatly prefer a small FB for an EDC over any kind of a folder.

Nice assortment to choose from. Personally, I don't think you'll have a problem moving them. I'd buy one right now if you would have listed a price.

We have a common taste! The big ones have a 70 mm or roughly 3 inches blade, the small ones 50 mm or around 2 inches. I have played with the handle to make it as ergonomic as possible and it is completed with para-cord knots, which gives them a very secure grip. Weight will be sub 90 grams. I plan them to be fashion toys, so colorful and exotic materials will be in order.

Very cool! I wouldn’t encourage you to compromise your style but I would love to see these knives with a deeper finger choil a la Spyderco Street beat designed by Fred Perrin.

Knives from the left #2,3,4 don’t need it as much but I feel like the other ones might benefit.

Beautiful work though. I’m a big fan of little edcs like this.

Thank you! Steel is N690, which is decent for what they are. I can make you one to order asap. If it is convenient for you, please contact me on rusevkniives@gmail.com and we can arrange. Price will be 120 USD for now with free worldwide shipping.

Thank you, Lapedog! I have made several models to test the ergonomics and landed here. I have left some meet on them before the final grind. I don't own a street beat, but the choil looks roughly the same dimension, but the handle looks fatter on the Spyderco one. The handle length on mine is 85 mm or 3.3 inches. For me this is the bare dead minimum, so the handle will only work good with 3 4 mm para cord knots, as seen on the picture. Thank you for the comment! Constructive criticism is always welcome and appreciated as it helps me to make better knives!

If you ask me you will go far in knife making. You already seem very talented and coulled with a desire to learn I am sure you will do great things.

I feel like the choil on the Street Beat is more pronounced. For some reason this feature makes the knife extremely comfortable in hand and easy to control.

White River Knives does a nice interpretation of it too.

I just tried to send you an email with the address you provided. For some reason it did not go through.
Sending you a pm.
