Nitecore MH1C

I'm about to buy this flashlight, the Nitecore MH1C, which claims 550 lumens on max, but I'm wondering has anyone used this flashlight and is it REALLY 550?

I know that the run time isn't all that great although you supposedly get 550 lumens for 30 mins.

Hmmm well I dont think Id be using the 550 setting much, probably just in a tight spot. What would you recommend instead?

Many things Basically a multi-use flashlight with defensive capabilities. Ill check that site out thanks.

It really is 550 with the included battery. A regular CR123 will get you lower output, but better runtime.
