Anyone ever get a custom in "Nitro-b"
at 55-57rc how does it compare to 1095 or other steels more common?
Cant find one cut test or review or this VS that chart with this Nitro-b....wonder why.
Found online perhaps 25 charts rating tough/corrosion/retention, not 1 with Nitro-B.
maybe that says somthing about it.

Thanks in advance

The MFG got back to me..this mean anything to the experts here?

Dear Customer,
Steel nitrogen "Buderus" is produced the homonymous German company Buderus Edelstahl.
Buderus Edelstahl GmbH is headquartered in Wetzlar, Germany, and is one of the leading German manufacturers of high-performance special steels.
Here are the technical specifications of the Buderus Nitro-B:

Carbon: 0.51
Chromium: 14.60
Nitrogen: 0.16
Manganese: 0.50
Molybdenum: 0.60
Phosphorus: 0.03
Silicon: 0.60
Sulfur: 0.01
Vanadium: 0.11

this as tough at 1095?

I think I stumped every expert =P
Days now I cant find any charts or reviews or tests on Nitro-B

Well I messaged the MFG again. This was what I got back.

"Sorry but what is your problem?
Fox manufacturer uses this steel!Perfect ratios!
We sent you all the chemical specifications of the steel composition.
You are the only person in the world that puts so many problems!
300% better then 1095 in test"

Good evening
