All right. You know that feeling you get when you get something new. Something that is quality. Something that you know you'll have the rest of your life and be proud to own and use it.
Well, I've had this BK2 danger from NixKustoms for about two weeks now and let me say, this sheath is beyond awesome. I've had the pleasure of seeing some of Nicks work at the last two Beckerwest gatherings. I was very impressed to say the least and knew that some day I wanted to own one of his sheaths. I'm so glad I had the opportunity to pick one up here recently!
This last week I've been trying to form in my mind a quality review that would do justice to Nicks fine work. Honestly, I don't own a vocabulary to explain to you my true feelings...but I'll try.
First off, opening the BK2 dangler from the box, my initial impression was, "This is pure quality."
The material and workmanship-flawless. Overbuilt without being gaudy or clunky. Fit and form- perfect. Let me also state that this sheath begs to be used. As nice as it is, I could not imagine letting it sit around. It will be used. And used hard. I can honestly say that I feel confident that this sheath will last as long as I live. To say I'm happy with it would be an understatement.
