I am trying to ascertain the nature of the laws surrounding selling 'concealed' weapons. I desire to sell 'sword canes' [canes that can detach into a sword] and 'bodice daggers' [small knives, usually the length is below 5 inches] that were carried concealed within a woman's corset in 'olden times'. This would be a one day event held in a hotel in NJ. Anyone have any idea the legality of this provided we a] checked all were above 18 before selling and b] made some attempt to 'peace tie' the weapons so they could not be used during the event?

The sword canes, I think, are illegal. Almost certain about that. Bodice daggers are daggers; i.e., illegal. That I'm certain about, 100%. It's not a good idea to be peddling in this stuff in NJ.
