NKD: finally found my grail FDE Pacific

Thanks. This forum is dominated by the folding knives but I found CRK through looking at fixed blades. Seeing the Pacific was like love at first sight. In June I heard the FDE was discontinued and I started obsessively searching dealer websites to find one before they are all gone. I found the Green Beret in Aug and just finally landed the Pacific this month. They are, imo, just as iconic as the Sebenza.

Very nice! Did I see that correctly- a 4V Pacific??? Can you share the birthdate for that one? It may be time to put in an order........

Unfortunately the birthdate card was lost in transit. I've requested a replacement. But I know it was made last month.

Beautiful. I'm just glad I got one in FDE before they are extinct. I told my wife that I need one in grey so I can use it in the woods since the FDE one will probably be my safe queen. I'd love to match a grey Pacific up with an original S30V Green Beret.

Black/Grey pacific will be relatively easier to find. Can’t say that about the S30V GB. GLWS
