So,
Today, i received a package from Ben @ www.bensbackwoods.com

low and behold it is a svord peasant knife that i ordered. Ill be quite honest, the service was bar none. And this little (bigger than my BK11! ) will be seeing some good quality dirt time. I went w/ the plastic handled one like this

It needed some touch up work to get to that scary sharpness that we all adore here and i was at work so i hit it w/ an emery board a few times and BAMO! LAZER sharp!

All in all a great, inexpensive knife and even better customer service. Thanks Ben!!

I've always liked that style but don't own one. It has to be kept in a sheath, right, to keep it from opening? You wouldn't want it in your pocket.

It's in my pocket right now... the screws help make it stay pretty well.

One might put a ranger band on it as a mod. Im thinking it could be used to keep it open and shut. i was actually thinking about getting a ranger band and using the band to wear the knife horizontally on my belt or just get a sheet of kydex and make a belt sheath for it...so far tho, no accidental openings...

The thing is razor sharp so if it opens ill be speaking MUCH higher.
