NMFBM Color Combos

Which color combos are you guys considering?

These are what I am considering:
- Sage/Tan Mags
- OD/Tan Mags
- Black/Tan Mags
- Sage/Black & Tan G-10

Can only get one, so I am on the fence on those...


Post up what you got/are getting! :thumbup:
 
Black/Black G-10. Probably picking up another in Gray/Tan within 12 hours, or so.
 
I love the pure jet black look of G10 on Jungle green; got a few in this combo, and it looks great
 
I picked up :

CG nmfbm OD blade and black micarta (ultra beater) I will eventually strip it and apply a satin finish (the poor man's LE) :D
CG nmfbm Black blade and tan/black g10 (safe queen)

The LE is way too expensive. I would rather put that $ towards several other Busses on my list..
 
I like the Sage/Tan. I've got a couple of ASHes in that combo, and they look good. If there's a second, it'll probably be the OD/Blk micarta.
 
Didn't consider it, BOUGHT IT!!!---NMFBM-CG Black blade, w/Blk & Tan G10
plus and LE.

I always try and get an 'entry level" CG version of whatever is offered.




I think the blk/blk Warden took the longest !
 
Black / black micarta for me. Works well and looks decent. It seems to me like the black and OD green coatings are the toughest, so either is a natural choice.
 
Well, since there was no DCBB w/ Green Linen available, I settled for UG w/black micarta. Likely will strip it, as I hope the full convex grind will mean no INFI dimples on the blade.

Me too. I like the tan/black G-10 though. Was wondering would the grey blade look good with them? The handles seem more grey/black than tan anyway.
