Good evening all, and thanks for looking - I have been trying to sell a perfect condition NMFBM - It also seems that i have gotten scolded on posting areas - so is it approproate to ask values here as there is a specific Busse manufacturer thread for general questions? - If so - what does everyone think of what that value may be?

Not going to comment on value, but Zelle & Cashapp have no dispute resolution or any recourse for the Buyer, should an issue arise.. This might be part of your problem

Thanks for your response - And i agree - but If I am selling something as is - and I have zero negative feedback from any sales - then why would the buyer not bring it to the attention of the forum? I have been a long time member for over 11 years - and I have zero motivation to be a "scammer" I don't understand the reference - My concern is that they get the knife - and have buyers remorse, or they scratch it - I am not a department store - then i have to contend with "he said - she said" as to whom caused the issues at hand.

It seems that the knife market is very soft right now. I suppose due to cost of living being 25-35% higher than 2 years ago.
That knife in todays market here, may go $850-$950.

I think Jon E Walker nailed it.

Busse cranking up production is keeping a few of us from grabbing INFI off the exchange as well ( the nameless monster that’s about to drop has me checking my cc balance anyway.. ).

That NMFBM you have is beautiful by the way. True grail piece for sure.

Maybe try expanding to USPS MO or personal/cashiers check? If you do, just be clear up front that these other options *must clear into your account before shipping*, or with the MO- cashed at shipping @ the PO.

I cannot begin to tell you how many times I've read about a person with a solid, honest rep trashing it completely over a deal in the last 15 years here on BF & on FB, also IG... Feedback is a guide, not a guarantee.

As for value, I tend to agree with what others have stated. Bet I'd have a lotta trouble getting 1200 for my new, unused serial #1 NMFBMLE right now.

It's a well made knife. The only time it would become irrelevant is when light sabers are cheap and readily available.

I agree, I would be all over it but I have recently picked up 2 nice blades from the exchange and my budget has not recovered.

Well - these are getting harder to find than hen's teeth - there is no equal to the heft and the balance of the NMFBM especially in the satin finish - with the Nuclear meltdown treatment - just an awesome blade.
