NMFBM versus NMSFNO

Weren't all NMFBMs smooth handled? Of course, the NMSFNO LE was smooth too, but I seem to recall a choice on the CG models.

I opted for machined handles on my CG, and so it feels really different than the LE.

So... it kind of depends on which version you mean.

Yeah hand shaped. I prefer the Machined handles cause I gots big mitts. How does it feel in hand, balance and heft? Does it seem to be a decent chopper?
 
It feels nice in the hands. After holding standard size handles on blades of the same width, I like the NMSFNO handles. I have the machined handles and I have on the larger end of medium hands. If you have big hands I'm sure you'll love em. After buying a good amount of Busse's I like the NMSFNO as an overall blade. It can chop, baton, and you can choke up on it with the nice rounded choil. It's a sweet blade.

The blade on the NMSFNO is almost identical to the FSH, so the knife is a pretty decent chopper. The NMFBM is a beast, much more effective chopping due to the extra length/weight. Beyond that, grip preferences are highly personal.
 
Are well Awesome, If you are looking for big you got it, King Kong could carry the NMFBM because it is a big knife with big Handle and feels good too!

Blade heavy, Yes! I love the NMFBM, I think if truely compared to other busse Knives, it would come out the winner.

The NMFBM is the Lord of all Busses. I got a chance to use mine again over the weekend, and it's still just as impressive as I remember it being. The thing feels like an atom bomb goes off with each chop. BOOM! BOOOM! BOOOOOM!!!! I love it! I feel like a total dork walking around with the NMFBM strapped to my thigh- the thing's a freaking sword.

Notice that he was asking about how they "feel/handle".
