Well its been quite sometime but back when I get my NMFSH a fella asked me how I carried it and when I was out hiking on the mountain I finally remembered and had a camera.
The sheath is a finely crafted kydex from Buy Brown with an open spine style to it. Which makes sliding it out a tad easier since it good sized knife.
It rides a little high but for me its really not bothersome for hiking around and doing camp chores for fire prep.
Here you can see how it slides forward and then out easier.
And out an ready I usually then rotate the knife in my hand and I'm ready to chop. You can draw the knife the other way but it makes it a little harder since it rides higher.
Hope this helps or is at least interesting for those maybe needing some pants for the NMFSH.
And once again this is a Buy Brown kydex sheath. Thanks again BB!
Here are some other pics of the Busse and Kin used during the day.
Testing out my new warbonnet edge over the hammock.
