NMFSH LE vs B.I.G NMFSH

Hello Busse family, ok I know a lot of us have identified the obvious differences between the NMFSH LE or regular satin finish vs the B.I.G version, I was able to score two B.I.G the last Ganza and just for fun I wanted to compare one of these knives with my NMFSH LE to show the minimum differences they have IMO. Overall these knives are exactly the same, balance, edge, ergos and of course INFI:

One of the differences I noticed (in addition of the finish of course) is the micarta color, the B.I.G color is a bit darker. there are no scratches or scuffs in the blades, it is the thin layer of protective oil that came on them and the effect of the safety net.

Hey Beariver...thanks for putting in the effort for something a lot of us thought about, but were otherwise too lazy to investigate!

Also, a lot of us don't have both to compare.

Yes, quite a big difference as the regular satin finish must involve a good bit more labor.

Yes as Red Angel has mentioned, there is a big difference in price, which I think it was the best christmas gift (In advance) from Jerry and Crew....
