OK, I need some HOG Help... What are the different thicknesses in NMFSHs??? I have looked and looked and not found what I was looking for... What thicknesses did they come in? What is best or most preferred? Thanks so much in advance!

0.312 I believe, at least according to the Busse collector website.

Which ones came in what thicknesses? Are all coated ones the same thickness?

I have just one example of the NMFSH Combat Grade in Jungle Green, it is .312

Mine is a little over .31 and some .37 were offered at Blade a couple years ago.

Standard - 5/16" thick.

There were a run of them at .37" thick which were all coated.

Newest BG offerings were 3/16" and 5/16" thick.

That one is .38 next to the handle scales.

So, how hard is to find one of the coated thick ones at .37"? Are they few and far between?

They were offered at Blade 13', I do believe, and maybe a ganza afterwards, they're definitely rarer than the .312 NMFSH. I've seen only a handful on the exchange over the years. I wish you luck, it's a worthwhile hunt!

The .370 is one of the rarest I believe. I love it as a collectible but some say it's too thick to be practical as a user, but frankly it's so heavy that I could just beat you over the head with it! It's my grail fixed blade by far. I found a tank grey with orange and black G-10 handles...AWESOME! Wouldn't sell or trade it for anything!
