No allowing to change user group after paying

I paid for my knifemaker membership. Payment went through and when I try to change the user group all I get is this

"There are currently no public usergroups available for you to join."

If you paid by PayPal or directly through 1SKS it has to be updated manually and can take a few days (conservatively).

Is that new? Before I just changed the user group right after paying, It does not even allow me to change the user group manually as instructed in the control panel.

Pretty sure that's been the case since PayPal started being accepted due to a software thing. Could be wrong on both counts, but I thought that's right.

Might be a good idea to post up your transaction number so Spark can see if there was an issue if that's not the case though.
