Can anyone suggest a quick fix until i can locate a proper size screw? thanks for your feedback.

Welcome!

How about giving ESEE Customer Service a call?

really^^^^ & yes i thought about giving Esee a ring but decided to look here first in the hopes that one of you blade gurus would bestow upon me some your vast knowledge. after all its just a tiny screw. no matter, i fixed the problem with a screw i had from my cs spartan extra clip. so it appears my little forray into world of bladeforums was niether productive nor educating. thanks all the same tho.

Plenty of productive education here when the right questions are asked.

Glad you got your particular problem sorted out.

Keep us around for next time.

The reason you would have been directed to the ESEE CS folks is that they have one of the best reps in the business for getting things sorted out. If say it was thought that a different solution would be easier, then that's what you would have gotten.

A word of advice, tone is very difficult to estimate in written text. Therefor, a comment like yours on a 5 hour old thread isn't going to win hearts and minds. You might have been sarcastic, but it really seems more...... less pleasant. Don't take this a some harsh criticism of your personal character, just know that there is a certain culture here, and the guys who know stuff, don't like dealing with little brats, and life gets less fun when you are on a bunch of ignore lists. Also keep in mind that W&C is very different from the rest of the forum, M,T&E is here to share ideas and learn, and thats what most try for. Stick around and read a bunch, I think you might find this place is a little different than a lot of forums. (thread titles matter here)

Great advice.

Note to self- If I see a question asked by Obey One Shinobi in the future, I will most certainly ignore it.

I won't waste my time trying to help a rude individual who expects instant gratification like a small child and gets snarky when they don't get it.

First impression has been made. And it hasn't been a good one. I'll save my knowledge for nice, respectful people.

killgar i was waiting for you to show up. If you decide to ignore my post in the future by all means do so. thats your decision and no sweat off my back. probally for the best too. As for evryone else, please allow me to apologize. I meant and mean no offense. You never know what your gonna get on forum. You got the best possible advice and chose to ignore it and insult us. Why wouldn't we want to ignore you after that?

If you want new screws contact Esee. It's not rocket science.

Oh man. In that case I rescind my defense. Kinda feel like he missed the point. Missed the point entirely.
