Why do they always go up when My wife has forced me to leave the house, or at a nephew's baptism, or some other event. Never when I am sitting at home with nothing to do but hit F5? :mad:

Oh, well, wife says I did not have $225 anyway, till the tax/spending incentive gets here anyway......but it would have been nice anyway.
 
Listen people - life goes on. I let OP not put up signs and do other real estate duties to wait - he even missed a wonderful breakfast buffet...but he left and went to IRONMAN tonight and they popped up just as we returned - some things are meant to be. Now a BONEY ACTIVE DUTY WITH AF BLUE HANDLES WOULD ME MY KIND OF TOY.
 
It's just a thinner AD, I have a Muddy AD that's almost that thin I could always send it to Tom Krein or Ban and have them thin it out to any profile that I wanted and save a couple hundred bucks!
 
not really crying in my beer (like I was about the SAR5, that one really gets me. would have been a perfect all around shape, kitchen duty, camping, hiking etc. ). Because there are Regular AD's to be had. The muddy is my favorite. I just hope there are enough of these to see them on the exchange in a while, without the instant 100$ price increases.

The AD's come up all the time, I just recently sold a sage one for $240 including sheath. Like I said you could always get a knifemaker like Bill Siegle, Tom Krein, or even Ban to reprofile it to any thickness.

I suppose you could send a SHBM to one of these guys and have it ground down into a SAR 5!!! :D LOL ! ! ! ! :D

Why, for the love of all that is holy can't I find the side shots of the Boney AD's? Where the crap did they go. I was looking at them just a bit ago, and can't find them now.
 
conversely, ya think they could put together a few AD's and build a SHBM???

No regrets. I have three in the cart right now. Wife says no go till I actually have the gov. check in the bank. I guess I have to toss these back, so the other hogs and piglets have a snack. For some one who stuck around, this one's for you

I tell you Bubba Thud, everytime I see an good deal on an AD, or SS, or GW with a sheath, you swoop in and grab it. Figures you would snag up one I threw back too (the best priced one). Glad to be of help.
