No Deal Spotting clarfication plz

Recently, KaBar has listed some great 'clearance' deals on their website.

I don't see KaBar (nor any other manufacturer like Benchmade or Spyderco) listed in the Paid Dealer Members List.

So would it be a violation of the "No Deal Spotting" rule to post links to manufacturer deals?

Deal spotting can be posting a link to a non supporting dealer, or posting a link to a place that sells or gives away stuff that is sold here by our dealers. Giveaways don't count. Linking to Amazon is a no go for knives and gear, etc. KaBar is a manufacturer, if they have a sale on their site it's a manufacturer sale, there should be no problem there. Like linking to the Kershaw site, Spyderco site, or Benchmade site.
