No Email Notifications on replies to my FS threads or PM's

I have been having this problem since the platform change and just now looking into it.

I am not getting email notification on my FS threads or when people PM me. I checked my settings and everything is set correctly. When I create a FS thread, the "watch thread" checkbox and the "receive email notification" checkboxes are both checked when I publish, but when someone replies to the thread and then sends me a PM, I have no clue either has happened until I log-in to BF on my own, by chance.

Can someone please look into this? Thanks.

Have you clicked on the 'Show all watched threads' option underneath the seemingly empty list of watched threads? It only displays watched threads with unread messages when you first navigate to the 'watched threads' link, I have plenty of watched sales threads of my own but since none of them have any comments on them my watched threads list is seemingly empty; I have to click on the 'show all watched threads' link to open up the full list of my watched threads.

Alternatively, if you feel it isn't watching your threads automatically, you can click on the 'watch thread' option that's above the thread's first post and to the far right.

Thanks for the reply KingMC. The threads do show up with your tip, so it appears that the problem is an email notification issue. Case in point, I was not emailed and had no idea you had responded to this thread. I had to visit the thread to find out. I did a search and it seems others are having email notification issues too.

Spark, or someone, could you please look into this? Thank you!
 
I also am not receiving email alerts to watched threads, even one that I started. Looked through FAQs but found nothing. Does one have to be a paid member to get these?
 
I get email notifications after about 24 hours. I've usually visited before then, but not always, and seen the non-email notification already.

Post-forums upgrade, I used to get email notifications more or less instantly, so this is a recent issue (for me).
 
THere's an issue with the email notifications. It would appear that we're sending out so many emails that we've hit a quota we didn't know we had. We're working on a solution.
