Checked my credit card balance to see what kind of frivolous spending I wanted to do... and there was a huge fraudulent charge.

So no spending for me tonight :(
 
That sux. :( :mad: Sorry to hear it. Hopefully you can get that cleared up. Better than being unemployed like I am right now...

I still participated though. My brother decided at the last possible minute he wanted some stuff, so I found myself writing an e-mail at 9:15 to be his proxy, lol.

that really stinks !!!! Sorry about that, I went through that recently and was no fun.
 
I had a similar problem at a first glance then I realize all does charges was me buying knives. I tried to get a way with it but the wife was not buying it.
 
The upside is if its a credit card, you are not responsible for the charges. If it's a debit card, that's a different story... I am drinking to it being a credit card and the CC company taking care of it! All the best.

this is why I only put money in my account when im going to use my debit card within 48 hours- and only enough for that purchase. I mainly use cash whenever possible
 
Sucks. I sat this one out as well. Don't have any credit cards any more. Didn't have the willpower for them:) would have loved a Patriot MOAB. Was lucky enough to have a fellow hog proxy a patriot Regulator for me at blade. Just need pants for it now.

Hope this gets cleared up asap.

Fraud department is working on it. I've been told there is no issue on my end as it is clearly fraud. The big problem is that they cancelled that card to prevent further fraud, and that card was gonna get me one of those beastly bolos :(

Well, I guess I'll just have to settle for the 13olo!
 
In last 4 years I've had my Cabelas visa card replaced probly 2-3 times due to fraud charges & dirt balls using it.
Wife just had to get new debit card too.
How they get it ?
