No GB Mini-Hatchet for me!!

The Mass. company thru which I ordered my mini now has no idea when/if they will be getting a shipment of minis from the Factory. I could tell they were getting weary of being asked "when will my mini arrive?" I asked them to credit-back my visa. Anyone know of a Company that has any minis? - I have been hearing since Nov. that a shipment is coming "any time" from various companies. Any idea why GB isn't sending any to the U.S.? The little Gerber camp hatchet is starting to look better and better!!!

THANKS Blues for your suggestion - I had contacted Cutforth (got their name from this site) but they are waiting on a shipment, also.
However, thanks to Bill Vieth - I now have a mini coming from Kansas City, Kansas. He emailed me about a Nursery that had a couple in stock and sure enough THEY DID!! THANKS, BILL!!! I could sense the question in the nursery lady's voice -- "How the ?#$&% did someone from Oregon end up calling Kansas City, Kansas for a hatchet"?

Larry you're going to love the mini belt hatchet. It's on a completely different level than the bulk of their offerings (which are outstanding in their own right) The mini is really a custom as the fit and finish are really fine. Enjoy!!!!!!

It took only a weekend to get here by priority mail. It's extremely sharp and well made. I can't think of a better, handier tool to gather the makins' for a warming fire while on a snowy Elk hunt - or to take on a woods walk or to stick in my saddle bag. I guess I was struck by how "hand-made" it looks. It's easy to imagine a smith standing over a forge, shaping it. Anyway, I'm looking forward to testing it out in the next few weeks and I'm sure it'll be a great addition to my hunting/camping gear. Thanks again to this site for "teaching" me about Spyderco, GB and other great edged products.
