No longer seeing feedback score in “For Sale” areas

I’m on mobile, using “Xenforo Default Style” as I have been for a while.

I can no longer see seller feedback scores in for sale ads.

And this seller had their account limited to who could view their profile so I’m not able to see their feedback at all.

I could have sworn I could see it, as normal, yesterday or the day before.
 
Not seeing feedback you want is a problem- hopefully there is a tech answer for you- but also leaving feedback can be an issue from my experience buying and wanting to leave feedback- the need for an exact link and numerous errors I get trying to do that discourage the process

Hopefully that gets fixed soon.

Here's a workaround to see their feedback in the meantime.

Go to their thread and click their username so the little mini profile thing pops up and you'll see their feedback rating percentage. Click the percentage and it will take you to their feedback profile where you can see all the feedback they have received and left.

It doesn't seem to show the easy to view aggregate numbers so you'll have to dig through, but at least it's still accessible.
 
This occured when I updated the forums software last night. The option for it to display is still enabled so something must have changed in the base forums software instead of the feedback add on. Will investigate more and report back

Haven’t been seeing the feedback stats under members name in the for sale ads for a bit again.

Any progress on this issue?

It really is needed when answering someone’s ad trying to be quicker than someone else when you don’t have time to go in their profile and lose valuable seconds.

The only place I’m seeing it shows up is in PM’s, at that point there’s no point lol.

The only 2 ways to view feedback (that I know of) is during a PM, you can see theirs just like you used to be able to publicly, or clicking on the profile and going in that way.

The second way isn’t possible with all members though. Platinum members or people who choose to limit who can view their profile, is not even possible to see theirs. You have no idea about their feedback or prior dealings.

Here’s one I was trying to view feedback for before committing to a purchase. In this case, feedback is of no use unfortunately. Thank you

Sounds like a great reason to disable that feature, I've never understood why anyone needs a hidden profile on a public forum...the only information there is what you supply🤷🏻‍♂️

Were there any updates on this at all?

Have you tried, toggling the display options and saving each time to see if that fixes it?
