Well it is kind of like having a penis. You don't get to pull it out and use it ALL the time.

When, at 18, I was cut lose in a Co-ed college I though that was extremely unfair!
 
You know when this forum first started it sucked. Because there was no one on it. Now it sucks because there are too many people on it. It's time for me to throw in the towel. enjoy everyone, who has the guts to post the truth regardless what others will say or do like shut this post down. or delete it completely. freedom of my EDITED is no longer available so have fun and carry on:D I'm not looking for a fight or I would be on a plane I want to be BANNED get it?
 
Think about it your ten year old son wants to post something completely reasonable about a knife and he scrolls over and sees some guy jacking off. Is that any worse than putting one it a post. no. And I didn't like it when I first saw it I was appauld. And the catch is you cant use it go figure:thumbdn: EDITED

Someone is showing his arse. I'll leave this one to Mike's discretion. He made the rule, it's his call. As for sevenedges, if you don't like the forum, don't make a show of leaving, just walk away. What's the deal with a dramatic exit? I don't think this forum sucks and I think that the new blood breathes life into it all the time. :confused:
 
You know, Seven? I've got a problem that one of my trade threads was locked by a mod over in exchange because of comments others made. Now, honestly, I've got no problem with the comments... I actually appreciate the thought behind them. I do take issue with the fact that the mod saw fit to lock *MY* trade thread because of nothing that *I* did.

But, I'm not emailing him or taking the matter up over there. (I feel like I'm among friends here and only mention it as analogy.) The reason? It's somebody else's house and I'm just a guest. Their rules, you know? I might not like 'em, but I should respect them or leave. I don't feel the most appropriate way to leave is by forcing them to kick me out.

You've been around here for seven years, sevenedges. I hate to see an old time member leave like this...

:confused: Am I the only one here who is at a loss here? Maybe I need to get some rest and reread the whole thing. I think someone is off their meds and I am not sure if it is me or sevenedges.

He's referring to when you create a post, the fact that it's there in the selection menu, so it will be seen... etc, etc.

And I agree with both Paddling Man & Progunner... someone else's house and rules... graceful exit... what's up Seven??? :confused: I believe in freedom of speech... but I also understand restraint, and respect.

Hope you know it not just a ban from the Busse side of this forum... but the whole forum.

IMO, if a specific sub-forum feels that it is inappropriate for their forum, it's their house. Take it up in Service and Support if you have a problem with the site.

My $0.02, I am glad that Hammy made the rule for here.
