No More Ken Onion??

I saw a CRKT video touting Ken Onion as an exclusive designer for CRKT. This would, of course, mean there would be no more Ken Onion Kershaws. Does anyone know what happened between Kershaw and Ken Onion to cause such heartache? :blue:
