No more "Like" button in classifieds?

Did the "like" button on For Sale threads vanish recently or is it just me? I seem to remember it being there in the past like it is on other forums.

I liked having it (pun intended), because it is a simple way to acknowledge someone's post on your thread without having to quote and reply to them.

It's gone and has been for months now. The reason being all the heartburn that sellers were having over folks using "laughing" emojis to take exception to sales where they didn't like the price or some other condition of sale.

And that is why we cannot have nice things.
