no PM space, no avatar?

I paid my Gold subscription via One Stop Knife Shop over a week ago. I recieved an activation e-mail but now I have no PM space, No avatar etc. Everything seemed normal till today. My profile shows gold member and I havent had any violations as far as I know. Could you please look into this for me?

After posting this I now show "registered user" LOL Ah well lets see where this goes...
 
I'm guessing your subscription expired and the new one hasn't kicked in yet.

If so, the boss man will want you to write your Transaction / Order No too.
 
Try clicking on User CP then look to the left under Miscellaneous click Paid Subscriptions and the see if you can update to gold.
 
Easier way is to click on the username for the dropdown menu and see if private messages are enabled. (His aren't.)
