Yes, it's yet another thread about lost love and INFI Gone Wild. Is there a Busse blade you have let go but miss something fierce? I go up and down the scale of INFI (and any other brand for that matter) ownership. Not because I like to buy and sell, but I really can't seem to hold on to more than a couple at a time. Anyhow, I miss my shop customized ST Ripper the most. It did go to the best HOG I could think of as an owner for it, but it will be out of my range to get it back for a long, long time. For the coolest user I miss the most and hope to be able to get one again someday, it would have to be the DC/O.D. G-10 Mag ASH-1.

How about you? What do you miss/regret the most?

I sometimes wish I still had a certain SHSH I sold. At the time, it was either keep it or a SHBM, so in terms of what I kept (and still keep), I have no regrets.

But I still wouldn't mind having that SHSH to whack on. :p

No. :D I wouldn't have bought it in the first place if there was much chance I would have to let it go in the future - I only buy them to keep them.

Yep, I buy them with keeping them as the reason. But sometimes life happens, and sometimes my finicky taste in what I want from a knife happens.:D
Either way, I have not sold for just profit. I think only a couple were even marked up above original cost to what the current market had been.

I had some that I did regret selling when I had eye surgery but I managed to get the same kind of knife back so I'm good.

I kind of wish I kept all the Sarsquatches I had. But when I came back from Blade there were too many friends that wanted one, so I let a few go. At the moment the Sarsquatch one of the top six/seven Busses I can think of.

1. SHBM
2. BA-III

Then in no particular order SHSH, Sarsquatch, AD, thin ASH, Game Warden.

I have never had a ripper but I have heard it is a great size knife.

Man, I wish I had so much INFI that selling it off might actually ease my financial troubles when life happens. :D

With INFI, sometimes it only takes one.;)
Realistically, I only keep a couple knives at a time. I am truly looking for the perfect combination of users. I am so darn particular that it makes me change my preference when a new knife alters my use pattern. It is all the knifes fault, not mine.;):p:D:foot:

my regrets are buying so many and then ending up not liking them and selling them (and usually losing money in the process). also, definitely regretting not learning about Busses sooner, and passing a few rare ones for good prices in my early days

Yep an old A2 steel Badger attack and Mean street. The mean street I don't really miss because I like the newer Meaner streets better for the purpose it made for, but the 3 bolt Badger is one that weighs on me sometimes. man it felt good in the hand, I would love to see Jerry made a remake of that one, but alas, an Oustanding HOG was on the recieving end of these knives, so I feel like my babies are in good hands.

Several actually...

Tubed SHBA
Desert tan SHBM ($300 mystery PVC tube blade)
Birds Beak SHSH
A super rare birds beak SHSH.... ;)
Black crinkle w/tan slabs 1/4"+ SJ
Two 1/4"+ factory bead blaster Police Recruits

C'est la vie eh???

With the current pricing, a SJ I sold a couple of years ago for a song.

It was a fatty with a DC spine, I replaced it within a week, with a polished spine, but I'm still down one.

Well over the last year and a half I have sold over 18 SHBM's and I pretty much regret it everytime. I wish I did not have to sell them, but to fund new house stuff and a move it had to be done. Out of all of them, if I had to say which one I regret selling the most, I would say it was the twins to my birds beak SHBM LE blank.

I figured we'd hear from you. I haven't sold anything as unique as you or some of the others have, but I understand funding other priorities. Mine has continually been medical bills. I hope your home is worth every bit what you gave up.

Why that one? Did you have to sell it to Ducci? :p

When you decide you don't really like that Euro Mofo, let me know. :D

I had 3 Meaners I let go and I regret selling two of them, so I bought another one.
