I placed order and paid for a lionsteel knife online 2 months ago, got acknowledgement, but no shipment to date. What's up with Lionsteel?. I thought they had a good reputation, but don't answer emails. Trying to get my money back now.

Anyone else have the same issues? Do they have financial problems?
 
No, they just moved their factory or headquarters or both. Did you buy directly from them?

I asked a question about a warranty replacement scale once, and it took a very long time (either weeks or over a month) for them to respond to it last year.
 
yes, bought via their webstore direct. still no response. am going through the process of trying to get my money back.
 
I too pre-ordered and paid in full for a Big Daggetti in January and was told it would ship March. At the end of March and mid April, requested updates. I had to send emails 2-3 times each before getting a reply. The last reply was that they were delayed due to moving. Still waiting.
