No spin combat throwing (ralph thorn)

It's according to how you define accuracy, what knives I am using, and so on.
If someone wanted to practice no-spin throwing for accuracy as much as conventional throwers practice for accuracy I think the results would be about the same. No spin is probably more accurate with smaller knives but less accurate with larger ones. No spin of the type I use probably gets less accurate than conventional throwing after about 12 feet or so but not to any huge degree until you go back really far, maybe past 25 feet. Shuriken or half spin style throws wouldn't have this problem.
