Noblie Custom Knives – New Handcrafted Folders, Fixed Blades & Engraved Art Knives

Hey folks,

Wanted to share my latest build — a folder that’s been in the works for a while. This one combines some wild materials I’ve been experimenting with lately.

The handle is crystallized titanium and anodized. If you’ve worked with this stuff, you know how temperamental it can be — each facet catches light differently depending on the angle. Total pain to prep, but worth it in the end.

Blade is Dragonskin Damascus, with a crazy pattern. Heat treated to 62 HRC. I’ve used other pattern-welded steels before, but this one just has a unique visual rhythm to it, almost like snake scales under water. Polish + etch took forever to get right.

Timascus clip, of course. I leaned into the contrast — blue stripes on the clip against the copper/violet tones of the frame.

Lockup is solid, action’s smooth on ceramic bearings. Runs on a hardened steel washer interface. It’s not meant to be a safe queen, but honestly, I’m not sure I’ll ever put it in rotation. One of those builds where you finish and think: “Okay… I’m not doing that combo again anytime soon.”

Let me know what you think. Happy to answer questions — always down to geek out.

Hey folks,

Just wanted to share a piece I think some of you will appreciate. This is a custom fixed blade from Noblie, known for their visually striking mosaic Damascus. The standout feature here—this knife is fully take-down. No epoxy, no permanent bonding. You can unscrew the pommel nut and disassemble the handle cleanly.

Yeah, it takes more time and effort to build a knife like this compared to just gluing scales with resin, but the payoff is real. Better for maintenance, and you can refit or refinish any part down the line without destroying the knife.

The sheath’s veg-tan leather. Clean stitching, solid retention, classic lines.

Let me know what you think.

This folding dagger is available now.
Well… more accurate to say it's dagger-style — the blade’s sharpened on one side only.

Blade is Damasteel, beautifully etched.
The scales are crystallized titanium — that crazy effect you see in the pics is real, and it shifts in the light depending on the angle. Photos don’t fully do it justice.

It’s in hand and ready to go. Let me know if you want more pics.
