Nogent Color paring knives in INOX?

I got 3 of these knives, for dirt cheap, and they look almost identical to Opinel paring knives, maybe little thinner.I sharpened them and they get hair whittling sharp in no time.Does anyone have any experience with these,they cut like crazy,but do not know yet how the edge holding.It doesnt say what kind of INOX is it.

Nogent says it's AFNOR Z40C13, which is 420 in Americanese.
