noisy sheath

I just got a Gigand Guardian (the dagger) about 1 this afternoon, and after playing with it a little, I notice that the sheath makes clicking noises when the blade is removed or sheathed. Seems like it's the magnet shifting around a little, and for some reason it's always 4 clicks out, 3 clicks in, when the blade is at the same 3/4 points out of the sheath.

Anyone run into this problem with a Guardian, and know how to fix it, short of tearing the sheath apart and seeing what exactly is wrong (I would do that, but there are no screws, looks like there'd be no way of putting the halves back together)? I think it's kind of a shame the thing makes noise, when there's a potential for this design of sheath to be completely silent (as far as the human ear is concerned).

Mine does the exact same thing. Might just be a common glitch with this particular model.

Hey Guys...

You are lucky its only doing 4 clicks in and 3 clicks out...

When it starts doing 3 clicks out and four clicks in, then you've got a major problem on your hands.....

Be Very Careful!

Looked in the sheath with stronger lighting, and it looks like there're 4 magnets in there. Thought there was only 1? Explains the clicking, but it still seems like it won't be possible to fix without tearing the sheath apart.

That sheath sucks!! Thats why I I bought an ankle holster for it. Bad thing is I don't know how to set that up! lol
