Edges get all the love. I just want to thank to this can opener blade for saving dinner. I have used can opener blades before, but this one worked very well.

My dad had one of those Buck Swiss knives and it was well loved. I never got into the Swiss Army knives, but I do love the usefulness of the added tools.

I dont think i have ever carried it in my pocket, but i keep it in my car and it has been handy several times.

I find myself using the utility blade on a TL-29 an awful lot for all kinds of things.
I also use the screwdriver/cap lifter blade on a SAK a lot in the fall for getting the seeds out of dried flower heads.o_O
And who needs a nail clipper when you have a SAK with scissors?

The main reasons I always carry an alox Cadet is for the caplifter and the nail file. If the Electrician had the file instead of the can opener, it would be my perfect knife.

Although it almost never gets any glory I carry this almost everyday. Only reason for "almost" is I picked up a good old imperial electrician, so it gets pocket time to. But I do use one or the other pretty much daily at work. The Imp did duty today changing out light fixtures as the screws that mounted them were slotted. They've become indispensable to me.

The saw on my Vic Walker gets a fair amount of use trimming small branches and the fingernail file on my Wenger Esquire gets almost daily use (I have a thumbnail that tends to split). The scissors and caplifter on my Vic Rambler come in handy while traveling.

On more than one occasion, I have wished my Electrician had a can opener. Haven’t missed the file.

My screwdriver on my recruit gets used almost daily. I use it for scraping as well as on screws.

It’s not in use at the moment as my elk season doesn’t start for a few more weeks. Hopefully I’ll be able to share a photo or three of this Victorinox Hunter being used on a critter! That little saw has worked on several elk, pronghorn and countless deer. I was able to get the blade on a few African animals a few years back too.

I've used the corkscrew on my Vic Mauser so much over the years (since 1982), I eventually bent it! The bottle-opener, awl, and saw have been used plenty too

The saw on a SAK Farmer has been used in tight situations and home projects, very useful, it also works and looks cool:cool: Then there's the whole subject of AWLS/PUNCHES...:D
