Non-metallic knives: how to?

Greets all. I was just wondering how I would go about making a nice little non-met knife. I have some nylon, acetyl, and acrylic in 1/4 in thicknesses, as well as some carbon fiber. Now, all I need to know is what is the best way to combine these? Use cynoacrylate (superglue) or epoxy if I laminate? Go for one-piece design? Appreciate any help.

I make fixed blade, chisel ground G10 knives in addition to my steel models. The main difference is the grind angle (I flat grind the chisel) I opt for a much steeper angle, thereby increasing strength by shear mass at or near the edge. If you get it sharp, dont expect an edge to last for long, but it will make a few good wicked cuts. For using knives, stick with steel. For cool, covert tacticals, the plastic-composite stuff is quite a conversation material.

The carbon-fiber works well also, and CA glue sticks like, well, "glue" to carbon fiber. Warren Thomas makes some cool folders from CF, one of which Beretta has done a collaboration (with a V10 edged blade.)
