Non-original finishes

Out of curiosity, can a blade be sent back to be recoated in a non-original finish, and/or new scales put on in a non-original color config?

Non-original meaning a configuration not originally offered for that model.

I would imagine the Custom Shop
will do just about any customizing you want if the
price is right.

yes, I believe so, but to some extent, like you can't put a satin finish on some blades... I know, cause I already asked...

I doubt they'd charge that for a recoating of the blade. . .
