Hello,

I have been lurking around on these forums for a few days, and have seen much information on the CS True Flight Thrower. However, I have seen little about their other line of throwers which you can see on their page. Is this lack of information due to the general crappy nature of the knives, or for some other reason? If you must know, I am researching so I can buy my first set of knives :D . Thank you for the help guys.
Sic.

The large (longest length) TFT throwers are the only acceptable model they make (I own 5). This model is still a bit thin in material which makes it a little light but is acceptable. I would not waste my money on any other commercial throwing knife I can think of. By commercial, I mean any mass produced stuff. There are plenty of sources for custom and semi-custom (hand made) throwers out there. Look for 14 inches in length and 3/16 thick material. Anything in these dimensions with a point on one end will make a GOOD thrower.

Do a search on "throwing knife" and you will get hundreds of hits.

Happy throwing and above all, be safe.

well, I guess it depends... I would say that I like old TFT (11" of 3/16 steel) much more then their longest new thrower (14" of 1/8).
Actually, I found myself being more tolerant to the length of the thrower then to its weight/thickness - don't like to throw light, thin knives, even long ones ;)

Thanks guys.., informative posts...
